We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time during the week of your beef being ready.
– *The AVERAGE hanging weight is 725lbs for a whole beef. The range can be between 700 and 825lbs though so there will be some variation in the final price depending upon the animal that is assigned to you.
– Price/lb is $4.75 based on the hanging weight PLUS processing costs.
– For Example- 700lb hanging weight whole beef would roughly cost $4,350, a half would cost $2,175, and a quarter would cost $1100.
– This pricing mechanism fluctuates with processing specifications and yields of the individual animals; therefore, we implement the “hanging weight plus processing” pricing.
