We purchased a quarter of a beef from High Plains a couple months ago, and it has been such a great choice for our family! We love the burger. No need to strain it because it is so lean, however the flavor is still awesome! We have made steaks multiple times and they have been tender and delicious, with zero gristle! Ryler was amazing to work with and happily helped us with the beef pickup. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to enjoy great customer service and healthier, high quality beef. We bought our first 1/2 beef from High Plains in September 2022. We were able to choose how it was cut and the amount of meat in each package. Everything was vacuum packed and ready for the freezer when we got it, so all we had to do was drop it in the freezer. The pricing per pound for the finished weight was only slightly higher than the per pound price of lean ground beef at the grocery store. One week in and we’ve sampled the ribeye and skirt steak along with the surprisingly lean ground beef. All have been great! I forgot how good fresh grass-fed beef could be. I highly recommend Riler and High Plains if you are looking to fill your freezer.

Our family purchased from High Plains Beef last year. We were late to reach out and unfortunately the allocated head were already spoken for. Ryler then went above and beyond to get us beef to fill our freezer – even offering half of their families personal beef from their own freezer.
