Whole beef- $4.75/lb hanging weight plus processing costs.
*We recommend planning on roughly $4600 for a whole.
This pricing mechanism fluctuates with processing specifications and yields of the individual animals, therefore we implement the “hanging weight plus processing” pricing.
*Hanging weights vary from year to year and steer to steer. This is our best estimate for the average cost of your beef.
